You will receive a confirmation message once the booking is secured

👉 If the experience is not available, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

3. Free Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

We do not sell or trade your personal information. However, we may share it in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience

  • No-shows

👉 Deposit is non-refundable

5. Changes & Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate changes or rescheduling requests.

However, changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Weather & Safety Conditions

Some experiences may be affected by weather or safety conditions.

  • If the tour is canceled by the operator → full refund of deposit

  • If rescheduling is possible → we will offer alternative dates

7. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance (if applicable) is typically paid:

  • Directly to the tour operator

  • On the day of the experience

8. Third-Party Responsibility & Additional Payments

We act as a booking platform connecting you with local tour providers. While we carefully select our partners, the execution of each experience is the responsibility of the operator.

In some cases, tour providers may require an additional payment beyond the initial deposit to secure your reservation. This may include:

A partial payment (e.g., 50%)

Or full payment in advance (100%)

These payments may be requested directly by the provider after initial contact and may be processed through a separate payment link.

We are not responsible for those transactions

Any refund, cancellation, or dispute related to these payments must be handled directly with the provider
